using Gadwin to capture a picture from a DVD

Using Gadwin, I have successfully capture the picture and converted it into
JPEG. When I go to view it in Picaso, the image is black. What am I doing
wrong?
 
I have no experience with Gadwin but you can capture in WinDVD and/or
PowerDVD.
