My own persoanl view is the FP 03 upgrade is a no brainer. If you like more tools, control and access to your code, 03 has it. Personally the new FTP client and split pane were worth the upgrade, but there are quite a few improved features in 03.
Definitely worth every penny with the upgrade. I was hesitant as well,
but all doubts were erased once I installed FP 2003. Just as fast, very
sleek, but with tons of time saving features. The tabs view (when
opening multiple pages), codes view, splits view alone make it
worthwhile. The time you'll save in productivity is worth a lot more.
