Using Forms as default email Templates

Hi - I've created a form in outlook and I want to use it as my default email
template. How can I do this? If I can't do this, is there anyway that I can
have a vertical picture in my stationary and a signature without the picture
shifting when I type or insert my signature? Thank you!!

For information on customizing the default Outlook forms or replacing the
default forms with your own, see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms.htm.

Note that changing the default message form doesn't really work very well. Stationery with the signature included in the stationery .htm file might be a better solution.
