Using filter to find a question mark

Hi,
I have a field in Access in which I have marked certain records with a
question mark (?) in order to flag them for later on. However if i want to
filter for all records containing this question mark, it returns all records
that are not null in the field, as it turns out that "?" is a wildcard
operator. Is there anyway i can filter for these records? thanks......
