Using 'FACE' or 'XFace' with Outlook

I know that previous versions of Outlook did not support the inclusion
of an 'X-Face' or 'Face' into e-mail. I was wondering if the 2010
version might be able to accommodate this feature? If not, does anyone
know of a 'hack' that can be used to accomplish this feat.

Read those articles again. They apply to *Usenet* (newsgroups) posts, not
to e-mail. Outlook is not an NNTP (network news transfer protocol) client.
It hasn't supported NNTP, it doesn't support NNTP, and it probably never
will support NNTP (because corporate customers are not clamoring for their
employees to waste time in newsgroups).

Actually, both 'X-Face' and 'Face' work just fine in e-mail. Presently,
there are not to many Win32 based MUAs that support it though. 'Becky
Internet Mail' is the only one I can think of off the top of my head.
In the *.nix world however, it is a common occurrence.

It's common on mac's too, isn't it? Besides Becky, I think t-bird does it,
although you might need a plugin.

I don't expect Outlook will ever support it - the current implementation of
contact pictures is better and more useful for most people.
