using excel to update data in access

Hello all. I was lookin for anyone who knows how to
directly edit data in access through excel. I have used
the import process but this is too manual. I was looking
for more of an autometed process.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
One way is to link the Excel table in Access (File>Get External
Data>Link Tables. Then, you can edit the data in either application.
