Using Earthlink Total Access & would like Outlook...

I configured my outlook settings to match Earthlink. When I hit Send and
Receive I get an error message saying"object not found". What is causing
this? I have done everything exactly as it says on the earthlink website. An
suggestions?

My suggestion is to call Earthlink. You pay them for their support, after
all.
