using contacts from outlook in access

Hi,

I build my own billing system, with all data in an access 2002
database.

However for my Ipaq I am using outlook 2003. So I am typing all
addresses double.

Is there a way so I can use the contacts list from outlook.pst in
access? Should I upgrade to xp2003?

I have no exchange and my firm is to small for that.
