Using checkboxes on a userform

Hi there,

I a bit new to VBA and I'm trying to teach myself bits of it whenever I require them. I'm having trouble with checkboxes - I've set up the userform but I can't seem to get it to send values to the specific cells when certain options are checked.`

Would anyone know a useful place to read up on this to help me out?
