Hi all

Can anybody help?

I have created a Word document using the 'form' tool. It contains several
check boxes and text form fields.

I want to send this via e-mail but rather than sending it as an attachment,
I wanted to use the 'email' icon via Word. However, when I use this icon,
the form fields and check boxes do not work when the recipient receives the
mails.

Is this right? I didn't want to send it as an attachment, I wanted the
form to look part of the actual e-mail itself.

Any urgent help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Louise

That is how it works. These are Word features, not email features.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at

Hope this helps,
