Using Briefcase to Transfer Business Contact Manager Data

Guest

I have a desktop and a laptop and would like to transfer my Business Contact Manager data to my laptop (and then back to my desktop) when I travel.

I use a Briefcase to synch the "My Documents" folder and I believe that I can also use the Briefcase to synch the Outlook.pst file between the two machines.

Is there a way to synch my Business Contact Manager data using the Briefcase? If so, how? If not, is there another way to achieve a similar result?
