Using both Outlook Web Access and Microsoft Outlook

I am now trying to use only OWA, but I am realizing that the rules I
customized in Microsoft Outlook, such as color categories, do not carry over.
In Microsoft Outlook I had my inbox sorted by category which is not an
option in OWA.

Is this something that can be changed on my company's server, or something I
can personally customize on my Outlook?

Color Categories are no rules but View settings. OWA 2007 offers support for
Color Categories.
