Using Bookmarks from a web page to a specific location in a .pdf f

Is it possible to create a web page in FP which bookmarks over to into a .pdf
file in a specific location within the .pdf?

Yes.

Open Adobe Acrobat (ver 6 is what I use) and then Help. Look under "Link
Tools" then "About Destinations".
Also see Defining the Appearance of a link.

Another words the link point must be created in the PDF.
