Using "At Your Survey" for storing and comparing survey results ofeach year

We have used "At Your Survey" of Duane Hookom for our survey. Now we
want to do this survey for each year and review/compare the results.
What change should I make? How can I handle the responses which are
not present in all years?
Any help is very appreciated.

I would add a field or fields into the tblSrvRspns table to identify the year
of the survey. Make sure the RspnsName values are the same.
