Using "&" as part of a name on a form label ... ex: Smith & Co.

Using Access 2003.
When it displays, the & turns into an underscore. (Smith _ Co.) How do I
display it correctly?

Double it...

Smith && Co.
 
Thanks to both of you. Who would have guessed. I tried everything I could
