Using Access to manage IT requirements?

Are you using UML and want to build a small application to
manage requirements using UML?

If you are interested in something simpler than UML, I can
supply something I use for relatively small (< $1 million)
projects, based on an Arthur Anderson methodology.
 
Yes, I am a novice user, so simpler the better. Projects are definitely less
than $1 million.

Any suggestions using the application is appreciated.
