Using Access 2003

Can someone help with the following problem;

1. copy files from one folder to another.
2. be able to select one or more files.
3. be able to select destination.
4. have a log of files copied; name, from, to etc.

All this must be done using VBA or similar in Access within a form.

1 - there is a VBA statement FileCopy

4 - this you can program - while copying selected file - you write log to a
table.
