Using Access 2003 Developer Extensions

Okay, I have an Access 2002 db that runs find under
ACCESS2002. However, when I try to open it in Access
2003, it blocks some unsafe expressions. I took a backup
copy of the database and use MS Access 2003 Developer
Extensions - Custom Startup Wizard where I am supposed to
see what expressions are causing the program. However,
when I try to open the db I get the message "cannot open
database, try another database". Does anyone have any
ideas as to why I cannot open the database. I have
established security on the database so it requires a
user name and password to log on.

Actually, I have created a workgroup called secured.mdw
to secure the database. The question is when I run the
Custom Setup Wizard, must I use this workgroup or the
system.mdw. If I have the right workgroup to begin with
(secured.mdw), then why am I unable to open the database.
I can open it in ACCESS 2002 with no problems.
