Using a form to supply DCount Criteria

Gentlemen,
I must for the purposes of full discloser admit that in my infinite
ignorance I did not copy the function to my app. I thought that ELookup was
an MS Access function and there was no need to provide it. However, the error
was very clear. My brain farted.
