Users

Using the Users and Group permissions in Access, is it
possible to restrict access to forms, and also stop
certain users editting form data? I need some users to be
able to create records for members of their group (which
would be determined by a lookup or something), which no-
one else can edit, but once the record has been made,
anyone can view it. Is this possible?
