users profiles - windows xp

I have inadvertently deleted a user's profile which seems
to have removed all that users documents, access to
internet, ect. How do I restore the profile? Thanks
 
I don't think system restore backs up a "users profile" and its associate
documents - to the OP, if you don't have a backup or haven't shut to PC down
immediately and used some type of file recovery software from CD, then the
files are gone. You can recreate the logon/profile, but not the documents.
