User's manual for a Lexmark OptraColor 45(n)

Lexmark. Nothing at the Lexmark's website but the Service manual and
specifications, features...

I have a Xerox DocuPrint C20, which is functionally identical (it uses
the Optra 45 engine, and I even use Optra 45 drivers). Controls are
identical, and so is everything else except for the case.
