users locked out

the window says that i need to be the administrator of this computer to make changes.well i accidentally changed that and now am limited.how do i get this reset as my system restore says the same thing.please help me rest me as administrato
 
Try logging in a Administrator in a safe mode boot and
then changing your other account back, or make a new one
for you to use when you do want to log in as an admin.
