Please treat me gently as I am a novice in this area!
In my infinite wisdom I downloaded Winfix. This created script errors?
Seemed to be BT Yahoo. Contacted Yahoo who suggested I deleted BT
applications and reload. In the interim I lost all my users. If I go to the
control panel an error message shows and the page is blank. I cannot reload
BT as it says that I am not the administrator. But nobody is showing as the
administrator any more. Have been working on this problem since yesterday
morning. Help!

Stop using GUIs for a moment and get back to basics:
- Click Start / Run
- Type cmd {OK}
- Type this:
net user {Enter}

Is the administrator still there? If so, log off, then press Ctrl+Alt+Del
twice. You can now enter "administrator" and the maching password.
