Users cannot modify data when DB moved to WS2003

My DB is split into FE and BE and resides on Windows Server 2003.

The users are part of USERS group. I have set the FE amd BE permissions for
USERS to Modify, Read and Execute, Read, Write and still they cannot change
any data nor add records to the BE.

I am new to WS2003 security.
I have set NO special security for the FE and BE from the Access perspective.
They can use the application perfectly well when it was on an XP Pro machine.

I believe you need create, read, write, execute, and delete (or
whatever they're called in your context), on the folder containing the
mdb. Remember that in a multiuser update database, the first user in
will create an ldb file, & the last one out will delete it; hence the
need for create & delete (or whatever they're called).
