username prompt

hi, im totally useless at using office so hope someone can help me.

Im oding a powerpoint presentation but whenever I try any change anything
like font, it always prompts me to reenter my username and initial.

it is becoming really annoying.

i wondering if anyone knows how to turn it off or how to fix it?
im using office student 2007
