You need to contact your mail provider (ISP) for that information.

There is no username/password to access Windows Mail.

You do need to provide the username & password to access your email account
on the server.

Windows Mail->Tools->Accounts->Highlight your account
then click Properties->Servers Tab.

Your username is there and your password is there. To
see your hidden password, download and install a
program like Mail PassView. You don't need to open WM
to use it.
