I forgot the username and password i have entered when seting up windows
mail. What can I do to get it or reset it?

You need to contact your mail provider (ISP) for that information.
 
There is no username/password to access Windows Mail.

You do need to provide the username & password to access your email account
on the server.

AVG antivirus program flags 'Mail PassView' as a hazardous program.
