userCertificate / userSMIMECertificate

When a user publishes their certificate it publishes their
encryption cert to the userCertificate attribute and
signing & encryption certs to userSMIMECertificate
attribute. As an administrator you can delete the
userCertificate via the GUI in Users and Computers. But
the encryption certificate is still accessible via the
userSMIMECertificate. Is there an easy way as an
administrator to delete both certificate locations? ADSI
Edit to delete the attribute would seem like overkill.
Setting up a file and using ldifde to delete the attribute
shouldn't be necessary.
