User using Alt_Tab breaks drop-down list

This is something I never thought of.

I have designed a database that has a form on the switchboard to add
new information to drop down list for selecting data for a form.

I have someone who is using Alt-Tab to move between the forms. Using
this method, after he enters new data in the form to add to the drop
down list, the new data does not appear in the drop down list.

Is there a way to fix that, so he will also be able to return directly
back to the same record he was working on when he needed to add to the
drop down list.

Hi Mary,

By dropdown, I assume you mean combo box. Is this correct? If so, check out
