User RIghts Assignment showing a SID

When I view Local Security Settings/Local Policies/User
Rights Assignment, several of the policies show a SID
rather than a user name. Is this proper? the SID S-1-5-
21-3317710883-2119434859-2095689748-1004 is not related
to any of my active user names on the system.

Should I leave it as is, or is a change warranted?

In local policy this commonly results from deleted accounts
where they had once been listed in a User Right policy.
