Is there a tool/util to list and print user rights assignment on Windows
2000 files and folders (ntfs, of course)? Thanks!

You can use cacls.exe/xcacls.exe at the command-line

or try "DumpACL" from www.somarsoft.com for a more GUI-based tool.
