User Profiles

I want to set up a user profile for a group "sales" that all have the same user desktop & program defaults say for example I have 5 users and want them all to have the same program defaults and icons etc... so I do not have to set this up for each user.... but they still need to have a "my documents etc so the user can have their own information email..... I'm using windows 2000 term. service for these users to logon.

If all your users have thge same logon, then they will
also have the same profile, which means they will also
have the same settings. If you need to have different
settings for your users, then you should use different
profiles and different user accounts.
