User Profile management

Nick

Hi!! I have many users who logon to many different
desktops. Each time they go to a new machine I have
reconfigure e-mail profiles, drive mappings etc.. i have
tried using roaming profiles but it seems to take forever
to download during logon. Are there any other ways to
manage user profiles? Also, they have group policies
which prevent them from creating their own e-mail profiles.
Any ideas?? Thanks.

Hello Nick.

It sounds like the users have large profiles. You may want to investigate
using either excluded roaming folders or folder redirection (depending on
your needs).

or

If you choose to prevent folders from roaming, the users will not have
access to files stored locally on another domain client (if indeed they roam
from workstation to workstation).
