user profile doesn't get created

Hello
Once the user logs into Windows 2000 server, her profile
doesn't seem to be created under C:\Documents and
Settings\
Has anyone seen this happen before? This is a Citrix
server, she logs in fine and can perform all her tasks,
but her username profile doesn't exist. I've never seen
it happen before.
Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Hello

Check if it is the *guest account*. I think guest account settings are not
stored in a profile.

Its not a guest account. She uses her assigned domain
account to log on. Any other suggestions?

It could be a roaming profile, located on another computer.
