User Notification event, pop-up diplay near the systray

I've noticed that when running Microsoft Antispyware
(Beta 1) 1.0.509, if my start-menu and task-bar are
oriented on the right-hand side of my display (as opposed
to across the bottom of the screen)the spyware
notification events will scroll quickly from the bottom
to the top of the screen. Initially this looks like a
spyware event in itself until I re-orient my start menu.

It is a well known bug in the beta version and already reported to MSAS
Team, so everyone using vertical toolbar (including me ;-) ) impatiently
awaits new MSAS version.
