User Names in a discussion web site.

Hello,
I have added a discussion web page to our intranet. Is it possible to set it
so when a usre posts a comment that it automatically pulls their windows
credentials? It pulls an IP but only a few of the pc's have a static IP. I
need to be able to identify anyone that posts unacceptable comments.
