User name in System Information

Does anyone know how to change the user name that shows up in the Unlock
Computer window after the Standby or Hibernate modes? Currently, the window
reads, "This computer is in use and has been locked. Only D8QKB391/David or
an administrator can unlock this computer." I want to get rid of the numbers
and just have my name showing. I've tried changing user names in my profile
as well as deleting my profile entirely but no luck. I've tracked the
D8QKB391/David identifier down to the System Information summary of my
computer but don't know how to change it. Any ideas?

Hello , XP ? Navigate : Start/Control Panel/User Accounts/click on the
"user" to change pasword/click "Change my pasword"/Type is current password
exactly/ and so on .

Hi Installer,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, this is XP. I've tried making changes to my name
in User Accounts but it doesn't change the name that shows up in the Unlock
Computer window. The "incorrect" user name that appears in the Systems
Information summary seems to be the key and that's the one I'm having trouble
changing. If I could do that, I think that would be the solution.

David
