user name icon missing

I can't log in since the icon with my user name is missing and when I press
ctl alt del and log in screen appears it doesn't recognize my password or
admin password?

The user may be disabled in TweakUI > Logon. TweakUi is available from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx.
Also scan this machine for viruses and other malware.
