User Management Tools for Windows NT Domain

Are there are tools that we can use to manage the user
account (reset user password, disable user account etc.)
for Windows NT4.0 domain from Windows XP Professional
Desktop?
 
Start, Run and enter CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2 for the old WinNT style User
Accounts dialog.

LUSRMGR.MSC will get you the Local Users and Groups Managment Console.
 
The 2 programme that u mention can only be use to perform
local user account management but not for the NT4 domain
user account.

Are there any way for us to manage NT4 domain user
account from Windows XP desktop?

I don't work with Domains, just peer-peer at this point. Hopefully someone
else can answer your question.
