User Lockout Utility

Anybody know of a utility that will perform the following:

I want to type in a user ID and see all of the
resources/logins etc. that that assigned user ID is using
on the network.

The issue I am having is the since we migrated to Active
Directory everything that is troublesome on our network
is being related to Active Directory. One of the most
common reoccurring complaints is user account lockouts.

Every time a user is locked out more than once in a short
period of time the Help Desk tells the end user it must
be because we have migrated to Active Directory. After
further time-consuming research it is revealed that a
month earlier the end user has mapped to a share
somewhere on the network. Now that their password has
changed a month later, they no longer remember creating
the mapping on some PC other than their own and their
account is being locked out.

Anyone know of good utility that will allow me to view
every resource that a user ID currently has allocated to
it?
