User Interface Failure

Am experiencing problems in getting PC (old/long running)
up after having some troubles with partial installs,
incomplete uninstals and use of Advanced Uninstaller Pro.

It fails with "The logon user interface DLLICGINA.DLL
failed to load" and gives only a restart option.

I am coming up in safe mode, have re-installed SP4 on my
Windows 2000 OS with no affect.

Ideas?

Try renaming msgina.dll to dllicgina.dll and see if the problem persists.
