User forgot password for both Admin & User to logon.

Hi everyone I have a question that I hope someone can help
me with. I have a friend who is running win 2k, she forgot
her login password also the administrator's password.
I can't think of anything to tell her she could try.
Any suggestions?

Will i use to have the same problem too.Unfortunately thier
is no easy way out.The only thing you could have do now
is simply reinstall (fresh copy) your windows 2000
application.that will reset the administrator setings.thou
you'll lost everything you have on your dest top and hard
drive
unless you or your friend had made a back disk.
