user.exe file missing

error message user.exe file missing/corrupt and need s to
be placed in C:\Windows\system32 i found the file with
search but dont know how to get it back in system32...i
recently reformatted HD and have run restore disc several
times but doesnt seem to pick up that file Running XP
 
If it was up to me I would save the file on my desktop. Open Windows
Explorer and go down to System 32, without clicking on the + sign drag the
file into the folder.
