User-defined size paper doesn't appear in the list

Dear all,

In Windows XP, for some computers, I find the user defined size paper
doesn't appear in the Paper Size list (Page Setup menu while previewing
report). How to solve this problem ?

The printer driver gives Windows a list of the paper sizes it supports.

If you do not see a custom paper size in the list, the solution might be to
get a different printer that does support custom paper sizes, or it might be
possible to download another driver from the printer's manufacturer.
 
But this problem never happens in Windows 98.
In Windows 98, custom paper size is always in the list.

That would be correct if the manufacturer included this in the Windows 98
printer driver, but did not put it in the WinXP driver.
