User defined fields

I've created a custom form which works well. I need to print this form in
memo style directly from Outlook (screen dumps and printing from MsWord not
acceptable).

1. The user defined fields however print in alphabetical order and not in
the order in which they are on the form. Is there a way to "label" my fields
to recognze the print order?

2. Is it somehow possible to edit a user defined field's name after it is
created? They are greyed out after creation.

1) See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customprint.htm for various solutions to the limitation that Outlook forms don't support WYSIWYG printing. The Word template technique is the most flexible and highly recommended.
