User Controls in 2.0

Does any one know if it is possible to create user controls in ASP.Net
2.0 that can be used in multiple projects, much like server controls?

Ok, I have a go myself and it does not look like you can,

I have implemented this solution though

No, user controls are still meant for a single project.
At least you can fully view them on a page at design time now, though.

we are about to implement this as standard
