User can't open reports

I have a Access 2000 database that we are opening with 2003. If I log in (I
have admin rights) I can open the reports. If the end user logs in, he cannot
open any reports, even after I gave the user admin rights on the computer. I
am stumped here, Help
 
When the user login to the computer, are there any printers define for him?
If not, then define a printer
