user bypass account/password

I recently created a database, and want to share with my team, this is what I
did

1. put the database on a share drive on the LAN
2. created a new system.mdw, and put it in the same directory as the database
3. Log in as Administrator, created a bunch of account
4. Remove Admin from the Admins group

But later I found out, some of my teammates need to use the account I
created to log in, but some could just double click the database and go
straight in, and the system recognize him/her as the Admin. I know I must
have done something utterly stupid, can anyone tell what is the problem? and
what will be the best way to control log in to a database?

Doug, yes I did that, that is the step 4 I listed, and I double check it to
make sure Admin is not in Admins group. The weird thing is some of my team
members have to use their account, which is what I intended to have them to
do, but some members could just go right in, if I set up the account wrong,
then everyone should have the same access, right?

Anyway, I will read the link you provide, thanks for replying.
