User allowed database

I wonder if you can have the ability for (lets use the number 3 for example)
have three employees to enter data into their own database. I would like for
person 1 to be able to see everything that they have entered, but not what
person 2 and 3 have entered. Then, have all 3 of their data to be
consolidated as it is entered into one database that only I have access to
and this will allow me to view all the information. Can this be done?
